6. Software License

We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the PINAKA POS software solely for business purposes. This license terminates upon breach of these Terms.


7. Hardware and Warranty

If you purchase hardware from us, warranty terms will be shared at the time of purchase. Third-party hardware components may be subject to manufacturer warranties.


8. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend access temporarily for maintenance or security reasons.
